NOTE: This is the first step in applying for, and receiving, a CDA Scholarship. After completing this application, you will be notified if it is accepted within five (5) business days. Your name will then be placed on the waitlist. When a scholarship becomes available, usually within four (4) to six (6) weeks, we will send you a Participation Agreement and W9. You must complete and return this paperwork to be active in the scholarship.
